Why do we have Super Duper Standard Poodles, you ask?!  Just because they are so darn super duper!!  We LOVE our doggies!!!

American Kennel Club (AKC) registered Poodles come in three established size varieties: Standards should be more than 15 inches tall at the shoulder; Miniatures are 15 inches or under; Toys stand no more than 10 inches. All three varieties have the same build, conformation, and proportions. Royal poodles, also known as giant standard poodles, are extra tall standard poodles. While the term “Royal Poodle” is not recognized by the AKC, it is an informal label some breeders use to promote the tallest variants of their dogs. At Super Duper Standard Poodles, we affectionately call ours Texas Sized Standard Poodles!

 

We are micro-breeders of high-quality large Standard Poodles. We thoroughly vet our family dogs to be genetically clear of Standard Poodle health issues. We have our dogs’ hips OFA certified at the age of two, ensuring their hips are strong and solid. We love on them all the time, groom them, and train them to be happy loving partners!!
